This app can do everything, but there is a steep learning curve. Thankfully their customer support is excellent and will help put together the data you need.
So far this Report Pundit has everything I need plus way more every report you will ever need, and If they don't they will make it for you and email it over when its done. They also have a human live chat where Dominic helped me get a report made to make my life with my shops much easier thank you.
The reporting app I was using ran out of reports, ouch. I was just getting starting and needed reporting capabilities for our company and our customers. ReportPundit to the rescue. Starting the adventure with some great (GREAT) customer service - we all know how important that is. I am excited to see where this goes.

I found it super easy to communicate and get what I needed. Dan was incredibly responsive and helpful to custom create the report I needed.
Great app and can only get better. I use it to produce a product report from sales. This enables us to plan production runs. I also use it to report and sort deliveries by postcode. This enables us to better prepare routes for delivery.
It would be great to customise the CSV output a bit but I am sure this will come.
The App is very self-explanatory and it is super easy to build a report that suits your needs. I had some extra wishes which I was not able to build by my own and the customer service was super helpful and built what I needed within a few hours.

Wanted to like it - but nothing worked. Reports didn't return correct data. I'm glad it works for the other reviewers, but it didn't work at all for me.

Recently, the endpoint for the "Order Count" & "Total Spent" fields was moved from the Order to Customer endpoint in Shopify API. Our technical team has fixed the issue.
