The app its really helpful when you need to look for details in orders and quantity stock. A little bit slow but with patient works. Help Support is nice and efective, always looking for a solution.

We use this app to help us generate more specific reports than we can get on Shopify. We also use the report scheduling for things like cash sales or special order items and it works great!. The customer service is excellent and they are very prompt in the chat and help create the exact reports or help you with any tech help asap. I would definitely recommend this reporting app to anyone. Updated to add: Darren helped me reschedule and edit a report today. He provided outstanding customer service and was super efficient.

Report Pundit is excellent! They provide a standard list of reports that may be useful. If you cannot find the information within one of these reports, you can create a custom report yourself or ask for assistance in creating one. They can always create a report with the information I need and within 24 hours! They are helpful and knowledgeable!

I am very new to this app, so I am still learning, however, James was so very helpful in generating the correct reports I needed to accurately track sales tax and net sales in my very complicated sales tax state of Colorado! He saved me so much time and stress! I am so thankful for him and his ability to know what I needed and help me find the right solution! And it was nice to have a real person to chat with for FREE!!! This app is very useful and allows me to track my data just the way I need to. Especially helpful for reports using Order Tags. The developers are always quick to help when I ask.
