We transitioned from a very old POS, which happened to have outstanding reporting options, to Shopify, whose reporting function is very weak. We were unable to replicate any of the reports we normally used with just Shopify, so Report Pundit was recommended. I found the staff to be extremely responsive and willing to problem-solve, even though a few of the reports required lots of adjustments until we arrived at what was needed. I'm very impressed with the attentiveness to our needs and the quick responses we almost always get, and this is while we've been using the free version. Though each person I've worked with has been helpful, I'd like to give a special shout out to John who spent much time trying (and succeeding) in getting the reports just right.
Really performant app with a lot of features. The support is really helpful and quick to answer.
So far so good! I needed help setting up a couple reports and got great response! I'll update my review after we've used them a little longer.
Just started using the app but looks like it will be great for what I need. Had to contact support and they were fantastic and helped solved my issue. Looking forward to working more with the app
This app did everything I wanted it to (run specific reports about financials and inventory) and the customer service is outstanding. Can't recommend enough.
The Report Pundit app has been really helpful with our business's reporting needs. The customer support staff has also been extremely attentive to our requests and timely with their responses. This app, so far, has been capable of everything we need it for, and our hope is it will continue to provide data that is instrumental in making business decisions. My only caveat is I wish this app was just a part of upgrading to Shopify Plus, because it really offers pro analytics.
So far this app is the best I have found to create reports, I like that they can be customized as one needs it and if the option is not available, customer service will help you create it 5 stars !! well earned
I used this app to help me report my GA taxes per month. It does exactly that and more! The customer servoce person, Reuben, created the exact report I need to make my tax reporting SOOOOO MUCH EASIER!
At first, looking at the app report page was a little intimidating. But after exploring some of the reports available to us, I found everything to be easy peasy. Even better is that when I chatted up Reuben while on the report page, he was able to make and deliver a custom report that fulfilled exactly what I was looking for. The reports have provided us clarity and insight on a wide range of aspects of our business, but especially related to inventory. Thank you! John Porter
Even though we use Matrixify for some heavy lifting which natively just doesn't really exist in Shopify, sometimes you need additional tools when you wish to get pretty deep with analysis for customer's bespoke needs. Their live support is always online and they'll be able to resolve your issues there and then. So no long waiting for support ticket turnaround or blackhole response times. If you're considering whether or not to pull the trigger with RP, just do it, you won't regret it. Trust me :)
