Report Pundit: Custom Reports

Quite okay, Can customize column without needing programming. Customer service also fast respond. Just the inventory data capturing are still in beta mode (which i cannot fully access from past business dates) and can not yet connect with third party Shopee (others app can).

This app is a game changer for our business. Before using Report Pundit, we reviewed data from 4 different reports - Report Pundit was able to combine all that data into 1 report.

We haven't made many reports yet, but every report we have wanted thus far, was able to be created within minutes. When I couldn't figure out how to include a couple of specific data points into my report, I reached out via their online chat and the agent was able to assist me immediately.

The report-making dashboard is very intuitive and easy to use and the customer support is top notch!

EDIT 10/31/2025: I unfortunately need to remove a star from my rating. While the customer support is still great, and we have created numerous reports that would be impossible in Shopify, the reports don't consistently generate and send as scheduled.

Our team relies on the daily/weekly/monthly reports to make business decisions. There are several times a month where I have had to reach out because the scheduled reports did not work. Their team does retrigger the report and it does eventually generate and send, but it has become a huge inconvenience for our team.

They have told me that their system gets overloaded when there are too many reports running. I'm guessing they need to invest in a bigger server to handle their volume.

Allows for the export of shipping labels on a custom cadence directly into an existing spreadsheet. Customer service quick & reliable despite how complex the issue may be. Though, I wish the exports can show all orders from the beginning of a Shopify store and refresh on a cadence on top of that.

The app its really helpful when you need to look for details in orders and quantity stock. A little bit slow but with patient works. Help Support is nice and efective, always looking for a solution.

This app has all of the information and insight we required. The crew is supportive and helpful and have built us many useful reports over more than a year of usage.

I like to use the Report Pundit as it is very handy and a lot more easier to prepare report whenever necessary. Very good customer service! They give us a prompt response with ETA on our queries/ request. I am happy to use Report Pundit. Thumb up!

The tech support has always been great. We uninstalled because we used it for only one report creation, and it wasn't worth the price to only run one report. This is a great app if you have the internal staff capacity to fully utilize it.
