Really great reporting app that covers the gaps left by the standard Shopify reporting features. For our needs, we need current data for inventory and forecasting, and there's a ton that you can do in terms of custom reports. We also had reporting needs specific to our situation, and George was more than happy to go above and beyond in finding ideal solutions (which he did), and took the time to understand what those needs were in the context of our industry over a couple of calls. For what Report Toaster will enable us to do, it'll end up being terrific value for us given it's competitive pricing compared to similar reporting apps we've trialed - highly recommended!

After many days of frustratingly trying to reconcile Shopify Payouts with my Daily Shopify Sales Totals I was advised that I should use an App for help. Found Report Toaster and gave it a try. Sorry it took so long to find this little gem. They were able to, quickly, set up a report that separates transactions by the 8pm to 8pm time frame that Shopify uses. It shows me exactly what transactions are included on every payout. backyardbirder.ca

I use this app to do my European VAT tax analysis and reporting which needs to be submitted by country and in CSV. I built custom reports for each European country, which simplifies my work to a minimum. Excellent App, easy to use. Top marks!

they suddenly, unexpectedly changed the free plan features - most importantly, the ability to print a report for users. this renders this app useless to me as I cannot justify $9 a month to print off a weekly report to help me fulfill orders. Would've appreciated a heads up or a cheaper option since I only need access to 1 report once a week for my small business.

We understand that you are concerned about the changes to the free plan. Originally we had communicated this change to all of our customers back in September (with a reminder sent in October).
However, our only contact for your account had unsubscribed from our emails and so we were unable to reach you.
Please note that this change was only implemented as a response to the growing data costs associated with supporting our thousands of free plan users. Over the last few years we have also introduced many features to our paid plan to help merchants justify the expense - all without increasing the price of our subscription plans.

We started off with the free app to find out if it really offered something we could use. We were easily able to get to Shopify data that is otherwise hidden from us and extract that data to a CSV file. We created several reports with it and then got to the point where I wanted to be able to automate the running of some new reports. I contacted support and Sam got back to me pretty quickly. I described what we were looking to do and he said "This seems like a great one to solve for you. I think we can get you pretty close with our new calculated fields feature and scheduled reports. Here is what I'm seeing you need:..." All I can say is WOW! Not only did he see what we needed, he created 4 reports for me that do exactly what we need. They are now scheduled and running automatically every pay period without any further intervention from me. What a wonderful work ethic I've encountered with Sam at Report Toaster. I highly recommend the app and the company!
