works super smoothly and looks very nice. however, it would also be great to be able to upload you own gathered reviews and import them so it is all in the same style. however, this was not possible (yet). would be a great feature to have on the roadmap tho!

Great customer service! If you're an "Amazon Book Author" and not an "Amazon Seller" here's what I've learned about this app... It's a very useful tool, however, I cannot do exactly what I want to do with it due to restrictions on Amazon's end. Since I am an Amazon Book Author and not an Amazon Seller I am not able to post all of my reviews as a group on my home page. I can only post reviews for each product on their individual product pages. The wonderful customer service team at Reputon took the time to explain why (and responded very quickly too):

"Kindly note that we need a dedicated page from which we can pull reviews to display them on your homepage. For sellers, we retrieve reviews from their seller feedback page and import them into our app. However, for authors, Amazon does not provide a separate page listing all reviews in one place. Instead, all reviews are stored under individual product (book) pages, which is why we can only import them as product reviews."

As an Amazon Book seller I know this all to be true so it made perfect sense once explained. Thanks James! :)

its very easy to use however the price is too much for the new store. It does give you good reputation management system for the new store. There is only one thing missing which is like trust pilot like slim banner otherwise its good

Good app which do what I want. The function it need : update automatically the reviews without refresh them manually

Very helpful app to bring positive reviews if you already have a history on amazon. Definitely recommend using. My only complaint is that it does slow down the website, adds maybe 1-2 seconds of load time. Probably not noticeably by a human, but when running speed tests it does drop the the score below the optimal recommended load time. It's a trade-off I can accept in order to build consumer confidence in my brand.

It's easy to install and works well. But I wanted to add multiple products reviews on different products pages. It gives me an option to add only a single product.

I just sign up and there is no way I can rate this app before using it. One thing I notice was that I can only add one product ID and I have many listings that I sell in my website.
