I used this app to start receiving reviews on our new business. I will update this review very soon.
Installed a couple of days ago, 14 emails sent so far have 37% click through rate, but not showing any review on facebook or google yet, waiting to see what comes up. Look forward to seeing the boost in feedbacks. A very nice app which does a great job, great to have the opportunity to respond to our customers on less good feedback without no fuss. We give our thumbs up for this. Only thing was a few misspelling for translation. They promised to take care of this soon.
