It's great for helping us deal with customer's reviews either good or bad. We can then liaise with them directly and resolve any issues.
worked within minutes! very impressed. still using the free trial but they sent emails to my old customers and they started leaving me reviews
Super easy to set up but only just installed so haven't tested it yet but IF my thoughts change I will add another review. So far so good.

Just downloaded this app and set everything up. Love how they can automatically send emails to request reviews from my customers after the orders are fulfilled!
