James was nice and clear about the app. I'll be using this to automatically collect more google reviews and display my current google reviews on the cart page. Just wish there was a way to integrate with other platforms more.

The settings interface is quite user-friendly and the operation is straightforward, but Google is not listed in the review links.

good app ! pity it is not possible to configure all in one time ! And the template of the email is not attractive.

So far so good. Glad it allows us to address any negative feedback to help resolve the issue or any misunderstandings before a customer posts a review. It helps small businesses like ours because every review counts and an erroneous review or one misunderstanding could have a huge impact on our business.

Easy to use. Only recieved one feedback but app is doing what it states so app is good. Cant fault it so far.

Love how it can send links to Google Reviews, but can seem a little clunky at times

Great app! Helps to avoid negative feedbacks. Just wished that the free emails were not limited to 50!
