Genuine customer reviews have made a huge difference to my online presence. Reputon is an easy and unintimidating way to ask customers to add their valuable reviews.

Reputon does exactly what it says it will do. As an Etsy seller who is just starting out on Shopify, it does a great job in providing my new store with social proof that will hopefully give customers confidence in me as a seller. They also regularly update the value of the app by adding new features. I'm very happy with Reputon.

The free plan sends email for all orders in the Shopify POS too. Nice added bonus.

The app stopped working correctly months ago. Now, it just sends emails to customers even when the orders haven't delivered, causing them to become frustrated, charge back their orders, and leave negative feedback on trustpilot. So you're paying for your own customers to think you scammed them, and for negative feedback. Save your money.

Reputon review app has been working really well for me. I like that it allows you to direct customers to review you on Trustpilot, etc. It also nice that you can set it up so it sends customers a second email if they haven't given you a review yet. Also, I recently appreciated that Reputon avoided posting an unwarranted negative review that a customer gave. The customer wanted to blame me for the slow delivery from their post office. Thankfully Reputon avoided this review which could have had a negative impact on my shop which is still in the early stages of growth.

Most straightforward way of pulling positive reviews we have tried yet, and 1/10th the price of most fancy competitors. Takes a few minutes to set up, but hen it's just auto-pilot reviews!

Looks amazing so far and cannot wait to boost our online presence! Customer leaving reviews against our business on a product flavour always happens and this stops needless negative feedback on a product we don't make.

Shopify offers limited options for collecting Google Reviews. I installed two available apps and found Reputon the easiest to use, with a better content layout. Most importantly, its emails don't end up in the junk mail folder. Additionally, the customer service is great. It would be even better if the app allowed us to send emails from our domain email address. I highly recommend this app.
