Excellent, fast response time
Used this for my store. Very bad experience. The system didn't show my logo or branding on emails to customers. Slow reply time via Whatsapp and when allowing their team access to my store to fix the issue, I heard nothing back for 4 weeks. Furthermore, after configuring the emails correctly and setting everything up, I didn't receive notifications when a customer had requested a quote and nearly missed a large customer. Not a good experience.

Incredible support on top of a clean, user-friendly app. I have this app on 2 stores with various settings on each. Very easy to set up. I didn't need to read pages and pages of documentation to figure it out!
It was the only app I could find that could easily hide a price by product or collection. The functionality was just there, immediately.

I do recommend this app. It was very easy to set up and apply to products/collections. We did have a slight issue with the delay of the "Request a Quote" displaying instead of the price, but I reached out to them and within 24 hours, they had everything fixed and working properly. Phenomenal customer service!

Outstanding app and support. Easy to set up, very user-friendly. I needed to hide the prices of certain collections, and it did just that.... within minutes of installing the app... so easy!
I tried 5+ other apps that claimed to do the same thing but they failed.
