The app works really well "right out of the box" - however there were a couple of items I wanted to change to fit my store a little bit better. I contacted the developer, and I was very surprised how responsive they were and how quickly they took care of my requests.
If you download this app and it doesn't seem to be the perfect fit, I would highly recommend you contact the developer prior to removing it to see if they can make a couple of changes for you - they seem happy to do so.
My customers seem to be liking this option of contacting me about my products - and it helps me streamline my work - so I expect to keep using it indefinitely.

If you're going to get an app to hide your prices and provide an option for quotes, this is the one. Great options for the price, and the dev team is prompt and helpful. Everything I needed customized was done exactly like I requested.
