This is one of the few create a quote (draft order) apps that actually allows a custom shipping quote to be added for a customer before processing. The system is intelligent, well structured, and works in every functioning detail. The customer support is A+++ grade. Best IT support in the world, with a very positive can do attitude to helping install and test the app. A HUGE problem solver and very useful integration, Available all hours of the day via Facebook messenger for assistance, Thank you Omega!!!

I have 2 empire themed web sites, I'm not very good with some of the IT issues around shopify but Ngoc very kindly helped me with both sites. Both our web sites are highly modified, so Ngoc got their development team to adjust their application to suit us, the end result is really good. What I have learnt with the shopify app store, you have to work with the partners, like Omega, you have to understand the time zone which can mean a delays but these guys were on it at all hours, I was really, really impressed, I can therefore high recommend this app.

I can't speak highly enough about the customer service we received for this app. We are using it in place of a purchase order purchasing process. And the developer and customer service have been great help in us making it work. I highly recommend this app to anyone.
