This app has become more of a time-consuming troubleshooting process with each update or change. Integrated it into our website to allow for a more streamlined quoting and booking process for our rental business however each update has made our team have to spend more and more time to troubleshoot the app due to functionality issues of the app.

Every update has made a different old setting previously in place inaccessible. The app's team are not in a U.S. time zone so very little can be addressed in real time. Most things are addressed overnight which can cause most things to take multiple days to be resolved. The concept has a good framework, and the developers try to receive feedback but very little is resolved in a timely enough fashion for businesses to be able to rely on this app to be used for a core part of the business model. If they were to have a developer on-call 24 hours, it could be a really good app. But the way they do things now is making us want to cancel the annual subscription and find another quoting feature app or leave Shopify all together.

We've had the app for over a year now, may leave shopify once the app renewal comes up again. It continues to present an ongoing need for troubleshooting at the worst times for our industry. It also continues to make up have to renew our email settings every few months to stop lapses in email updates.

The app was unstable when I started using it, the application window would dissapear and would not work on any browser (and even incognito). But the issue was fixed by devs (said that they made some integrations which made the app unstable).
Also, the manual SMTP connection does not work, triple checked everything, even tried on other SMTP clients, so I know that SMTP credentials are valid, but somehow this app does not connect to it.
Really liked this app for its UI, because it has nice desktop UI. But then I tried it on mobile and the product images are very distorted, the table is squeezed and the view just looks bad. This is really a deal-breaker because most of the traffic nowadays is made on mobile.
But the support is really nice and helpful. Still, would not pay for this app for now, because it is not yet fully developed. And the prices are the same as in other fully working quoting apps.

For the SMTP configure issue, our Dev team is already been informed about the case and we will sort things out for you. We truly hope that you will have a better experience with the app when the fix is done.

Also, regarding your concern about our UI of the Quote form on the mobile version, I believe this can be solved by just a simple customization that our team is willing to provide to all our beloved customers since we understand the app will connect differently to each store's theme to reflect the setting on the front store. There is a support Agent who already contacted you to help you with this. I hope we can have this chance to support you and your theme with the app.
