Strengths:

We tried several other quoting apps and this one had the majority of functions that we needed. There are some limitations but it works better than all the other apps we tried. The support has been very helpful and quick to respond to issues.

I had an issue with "hide price" on my theme code. Using the chat function I was replied to instantly and my request was handled and solved by the dev team with an hour. Very pleased with the customer service from Haley!

Works great for hiding price and showing get a quote instead. The support is incredible. They fix any issues within minutes. Haley has been great for our site and support!

Good app for simple shops and easy to get started with.

However, for more complex or multilingual shops, several important issues appeared: PDF formatting is still incomplete, translations are inconsistent, taxes and shipping are not displayed correctly, and the quote workflow is unclear in some areas. Support was helpful at first, but response times slowed down over time.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it for more advanced setups at this stage.
