SA Request a Quote, Hide Price

Works great for hiding price and showing get a quote instead. The support is incredible. They fix any issues within minutes. Haley has been great for our site and support!

We have been using the SA Request a Quote app on our Shopify Plus store and we are very pleased with both the functionality and the support behind it. The app is reliable, easy to configure, and integrates smoothly with our workflows, allowing us to manage quote requests from customers in a clear and efficient way.

What truly makes the difference is their customer support team. They are highly professional, proactive in suggesting solutions and improvements, and extremely responsive whenever we face specific needs or urgent situations. Every requested adjustment has been handled with great care and remarkable punctuality, often exceeding our expectations in terms of speed and precision.

Good app for simple shops and easy to get started with.

However, for more complex or multilingual shops, several important issues appeared: PDF formatting is still incomplete, translations are inconsistent, taxes and shipping are not displayed correctly, and the quote workflow is unclear in some areas. Support was helpful at first, but response times slowed down over time.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it for more advanced setups at this stage.

only just uploaded it, but creates a resolution for a problem ive had for a little while on out website already, I had a small issue with the quotes coming through, but i messaged the service system, they were quick to reply and quick to fix the problem
