glitch but i got help from support and they fixed it in just snap of the finger!

We have the basic subscription and found the app to have a good amount of options for customisation, easy to navigate and easy to implement colour and look edits. I reached out to support on a Friday afternoon and by Monday morning our issue was resolved. This is our second app from the Globo team and their support is always quick and responsive. Very happy and highly recommend.

This app is awesome, it is a perfect option for anyone with a business that does a lot of custom products. I searched for months for find a product like this that is very flexible to fit my needs. I am very happy with the app. After having the app installed, I had 2 issues concerning the compatibility with the theme of my shop, which was ordered to a third party. Everything was solved very quickly by the team of Globo. Thank you very much to Emma and Helen for the follow-up. I recommend this app for companies like mine, who don't have standard price to show for each product, but need to interact with potential customers in order to customize quotations according to each project.
