Great app, works really well and has streamlined how our customers ask for quotes. We had some minor issues with how the app interacted with another app, but their developers were quick to solve the issue. All in all pretty happy and will continue to use the app.

The app is fairly intuitive to set up. The only area I feel qualifies for enhancements are the in-app customization options. However, anything that I could not customize from the UI, the app support team stepped in quickly to assist. Best app customer service I have received thus far.

I was having an issue that was preventing my admin email from receiving notifications when a quote was created by a customer. I contacted the Globo team, and they responded quickly. Within a day they had my issue fixed. I recommend this app to anyone.

Very happy with the App, does exactly what I need. The customer support is excellent as well. Needed a few Customizations done to the App and the Customer Support guys were more than happy to help.
