Very fast service and everything is done fast

The app is fairly intuitive to set up. The only area I feel qualifies for enhancements are the in-app customization options. However, anything that I could not customize from the UI, the app support team stepped in quickly to assist. Best app customer service I have received thus far.

Works well and when we did have an issue after an update, their support were quick to respond and resolved the issues.

I do use the contact form and request quote apps on our store, they work well, and we are happy with the customer support they provide when we have an issue; they keep you informed on the progress and make sure they get feedback from us before they close the issue ticket, My self I highly recommend both apps and Globo services to their customers.
