This APP is very useful for shops which need to collect additional information in the cart page. Simple to set up and very easy to use. But what makes me feel super impressive is their customer service. First, they responded like immediately after receiving my email, even during the weekend! Second, their response is not just one line or two, but a couple of paragraphs to lay out "why" the problem occurred and "how" it was solved, especially in plain English (no coding language). I feel very comfortable granting them access to help me out. Most importantly, they don't mind to go extra mile when helping customers. In my case, I'd like to add dividing lines to separate the custom fields from the cart items and the checkout button. I looked up everywhere in the Shopify Forum but got no luck. I decided to drop them a line to ask if they could help me out. I was prepared to get rejected or something like that. But I was wrong. In no time they responded and helped me to fix my problem. I was very graceful for their extra work!
I understand they have a new update coming soon. Looking forward to it! The current version is already great and highly recommended. I'm sure their new version will be even better! :)
I just got the app and am very happy! Since it was super cheap I wasn't sure of the ease of use or support I would get but both are great. It was super easy to add the fields I needed. I needed help with the set-up however and the support team immediately responded and helped me do what needed to get done.
