Absolutely outstanding support from Tudor and the Restock Rooster team! I had an issue with my "Notify Me" button not displaying correctly, and not only did they fix it quickly, they went above and beyond — spotting and resolving a CSS conflict I didn't even know was there, AND fixing text alignment issues on the button and pop-up. Fast, thorough, and genuinely helpful. The app itself is fantastic and the customer service is top-tier. Highly recommend to any Shopify merchant!

Set it and forget it! Restock Rooster is a fabulous app that helps us make money with no extra effort - and the support team are fantastic.

The experience with restock rooster has been nothing but excellent. Support has always been responsive during business hours and ready to assist when necessary. We had asked for a feature to allow us to set up the notify me functionality for items that were set to 'continue selling’, which has been important for our business model. This is now available, so enjoy using this functionality as well if it’s needed for your business

No reports or ways to check emails that have been sent. Very limited interface and options.

Hi, there!

Our app offers several reporting options, including a page showing all sent emails, recipients, and counts. You can find it under Reports -> Go to Customers page.

You’ll also find many customization options on the Setup Alert page, including ones for the button, pop-up, and email.

Great App for a great Price!

No extra fees, works as advertised, and is simple to set up. It offers far more notification emails for the price compared to other apps I looked into at the time. I had to contact support once, and they resolved my issue right away.

Very happy with it and would highly recommend it!

Restock Rooster is exactly the "Back in Stock" application that we needed. I look for many things when evaluating an application with support being the top must have. Without adequate support you are left to your own devices to figure out how the application works. Tudor has provided amazing support that is concise and easy to understand with screenshots and videos illustrating how to perform the action. The features provided by Restock Rooster are exactly what a back in stock application should have. It works flawlessly which is another must have. I am very happy I came across this application and highly recommend it if you are looking for back in stock notifications.

Absolut perfekt! Schnell installiert und einfach umzusetzen. Funktionierte sofort. Der Service ist einzigartig und rasend schnell. Der Anbieter hatte festgestellt, dass das Format des "Benachrichtige mich" Buttons in unserem Theme ein anderes Format hat als der Zahlungsbutton und hat dies proaktiv angesprochen und auf meinen Wunsch hin geändert. Ich bin begeistert!

Totalmente recomendada. Esta app es muy completa, nos ha ayudado mucho al envío de notificaciones a los clientes. Te muestra resúmenes de los pedidos que ha podido recuperar, y los productos que están a la espera.

Además su atención al cliente es muy rápida y efectiva. Buenísimo, recomendado.

This app is great - it not only allows our customers to sign up for notifications for out of stock products, but being able to see what customers are looking for on our end means that we're able to reorder the stock customers actually want.

The customer service for this app is phenomenal as well. I noticed a slight email formatting error while testing out the app, and Tudor went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Thank you!

It's a great, easy to use application with an extremely helpful team behind it. I was able to get my "Notify me when available" button up and running in a matter of minutes and when I required a bit of customisation to adjust to the way my product page is set up, the team was very helpful and attentive, and was able to put something together for me in just a couple of hours.

5 stars from us!
