I tried using this app to restrict my shipping areas.
It sounded perfect for my needs and was a good price.
The app wouldn't load, I was told to try installing it again.
I did just that (TWICE!) and it still won't work.
Trying to fix it MYSELF as I was getting NO assistance from Ian, I upgraded my website's plan and that didn't help either.
MANY messages and emails later asking Ian for help with NO response.
I have given up on the app as I don't like being ignored.
I don't like that I had to give it a star, both Ian and the App deserves none.
Sorry Easy Shipping Restrictions didn't work out for you. You initially reached out to me on February 4th at 1:50am EST. I followed up at 5:26am EST and again (after you opened admin access) at 10:54am EST. Afterwards, I didn't hear back from you until today. Apologies if you feel ignored, that wasn't my intention.
Nowhere along the line did I recommend you upgrade your Shopify plan. Easy Shipping Restrictions is built for the ma and pa, small biz user and doesn't require a high end Shopify plan.

App didn't work. Gives an error message. Looks to be what I need, but I think they are out of business as well. I've been waiting on a return message for well over a month. Tried support ticket, email, and the text number they leave on their website. No dice.

Zero support after 3 days. App is buggy, refuses to load often and after 100 post codes added to the list would not let us add or save any more. Reached out to support numerous times - no reply.

App didn’t work. I have installed it twice, contacted the support, they said it was fixed but it never worked.
Sorry to hear about your issues with installation. I had a bug that was impacting some merchants but this is all fixed up now. I've reached out to you since then (March 5, 2019) but haven't heard back.

Was curious to check out this app but after installing it, the app kept giving me this message stating that the admin’s server IP address could not be found. Even after refreshing my browser and clearing my computer history, it still kept saying the same thing or either redirecting me to a blank white screen. Even attempted to reinstall the app again and it still kept doing the same thing. Very disappointing and looks like my hunt for a shipping app continues.
