App doesn't work anymore. App worked perfect until last week. Now it won't load, and we can't make new labels or print any. The app will not open anymore.

It's very helpful for printing out retail tags. however, it is not the right app. for upc codes. There are not enough characters when integrating with other sales channels.

I just made the change from QuickBooks POS to Shopify POS. I don't like the label options. We sell jewelry and all the labels are too big for what we need them for.

The app has a lot of troubleshooting. It's also impossible to reach the help page because it keeps crashing.

I contacted support, but all of the AI's answers were things I had already tried, and they did not lead to a solution.
Support tells me to look at the "Retail Barcode Label", but this link is broken. I will stop using this app because I don't have the support I can count on.

The app and Shopify have horrible support and does not work. I switched from Quickbooks and have been trying to get a printer to work for 2 weeks. Should have gone with lightspeed. Absolutely horrible experience.

Really good addition. Easy to use and simple. You can't change the layout a whole lot, but that is ok.

Despite everything else working perfectly, the price of the product does not display in any format on the barcode labels. Could you please help me.

It does not work properly. although SKU and product name appers in the preview, they disappear when I print out.
