It is the end of your painful copy-paste in Excel. We are using this app for about a month. It is just amazing because if you are looking for a CLV report, Forecasts, Insights on your customer and product data, this app will save you a lot of time and money. The build-in reports are very well designed and easy to use. And the support is very reactive! Thanks to Alex and the team to make my life easier and help me focus on the business instead of crunching data!

This app allows us to pull LTV for various customer groups, and we love that it integrates with our ESP and marketing stacks! It's an incredibly powerful tool, and the RetentionX team is incredibly helpful and responsive. A great add to our Shopify store!

RetentionX is a very useful app that plugs in seamlessly. We especially like what it can do around customer segmentation. The support that we've gotten when needed is excellent as well.

This app has a beautiful UI but more importantly, the detail and insights that it returns is unparalleled. One of our favorite features is the segmentation engine that can be used to slice and dice all the different reports to provide even deeper insights. At the end of the data, it's not about just getting more data, it's about showing insights around that data and that's what RetentionX does wonderfully for us.

Brilliant product, excellent customer service and guidance on solutions.
