RetentionX is a very useful app that plugs in seamlessly. We especially like what it can do around customer segmentation. The support that we've gotten when needed is excellent as well.

This app has a beautiful UI but more importantly, the detail and insights that it returns is unparalleled. One of our favorite features is the segmentation engine that can be used to slice and dice all the different reports to provide even deeper insights. At the end of the data, it's not about just getting more data, it's about showing insights around that data and that's what RetentionX does wonderfully for us.

Brilliant product, excellent customer service and guidance on solutions. We use this app to track things like AOV, LTV, consumer mix and repeat probability. Highly recommend this app for companies like ours that don't have expensive teck stacks and need great, responsive customer service to help translate what they are looking at.
