Absolutely love this app. It gives me great insights at the touch of a button that help me identify opportunities and analyse so many aspects including how other apps are working inc loyalty, upsells etc as well as helps inform product design decisions. We are also using the merchandising function which is good on the whole and certainly better than others we investigated but does still chuck out some strange anomalies!

For a bit of context, as soon as RetentionX evaluates your products' performance within the collection grid, it begins to test the impact of shifting previously lower positioned products to a higher position based on their performance score. This allows for discovery of those hidden champions! This testing is required to determine the most optimal placement for each of your products. Of course, if anything ever seems off, we’d love to take a closer look and support wherever we can! We look forward to our continued collaboration together!

This is one of the most powerful tools I use on a weekly basis across my small and large accounts. It's the easiest way to push specific segments to Google and Meta and a great way to slice and dice your customers.

This gives you a lot of data very quickly. I found it really easy to take some of the lists and add to my Audiences in Meta too. Now looking at what I can do next.
