Take it from a up and coming brand owner — this app sounds promising, but unfortunately is another instance of you get what you pay for. Lackluster support (practically non existent). Every inquiry is replied to with something like "I'll forward this to our developers and keep you updated" — and guess what, they ALWAYS forget about the "updating you" part of their reply. Complete rubbish app, please don't be fooled by the low price. Here’s why:
1. The data is completely inaccurate, and the heat map cannot detect 99% of the traffic. There are only a few hundred page views anyway. (I did not set up partial detection, but all detection)
2. The billing model only depends on the total PV of your website, not how much the application does for you. For example, I only ...

We are using Retter - Heatmaps & Replay app with all our websites. It's easy to use and very helpful for understanding customer's behavior. With help of this app we were able to find out what elements are important to our websites and what are not. I definitely recommend this app.
A really handy app to have. With this you're able to see the specific interactions that resulted in customer drop offs. Love how simple and easy it is to use.
