Returbo: Returns & Exchanges

Integrated Returbo earlier this year, very happy with the service. Our returns management has improved significantly in terms of both internal efficiency and customer experience.

Perfekt APP som minskar arbetsbördan för returer/byten/reklamationer. Enkel för kunderna att kunna sköta sina ärenden. Personalen hos Returbo är väldigt lyhörd på konstruktiva förslag och villiga att se över förslag på nya funktioner.

Lägger ni mycket tid på att hantera byten/returer så bör ni testa Returbo, tidsbesparingen det gett oss är kanon att utnyttja till annat.

Returbo har verkligen förenklat vår returhantering. Att kunden själv kan registrera returen och få retursedeln som QR-kod sparar oss massor av tid!
