Returbo is a highly userfriendly app with a great support team that is always easy to get in contact with.

We started using Returbo about a month ago, and so far, we are very satisfied! It saves us time in our return and exchange process, making everything more efficient. This app really helped us to smooth the return process. It takes a while to onboard since, in our case, the third party was involved (shipping company). However, since we've started using Returbo, we got much more control over our return flow, and we spend less time processing returns, which is vital for a small team like us.
