Returbo: Returns & Exchanges

We’ve been using Returbo for a few months now, and we’re genuinely impressed. The platform has significantly streamlined our return and exchange process, saving us valuable time and making the workflow more efficient.

The customers have quickly adapted to filling in the digital return form -it’s very user-friendly - we have not gotten any questions or misunderstanding from customers about how to fill in the form!

Returbo has also made it easier to keep track of the returns when all info-; tracking number, order number, reasons for return etc. are collected in one place.

Being able to immediately show the sizes & colors available for exchanges and offering store credit as an option are also huge plusses.

We can honestly say it’s one of the best apps we’ve implemented. Returbo has simplified our returns process enormously – just a few clicks and it’s done. It’s saved us so much time and allows us to focus on our core business and customers instead of admin.

Started with Returbo with the focus to make it easier for consumer to do exchanges instead of returning. After having it installed for a month we can see exchanges happening to a greater extent than before Returbo. Mission accomplished! I can highly recommend the app and the dedicated team behind it.
