It makes returns and exchanges super easy for our customers, and they love to feel protected in case anything gets lost or damaged. Really helps build trust and has even helped improve our sales. Plus, it saves our support team a lot of time. Definitely a great tool if you want to keep customers happy and make post-purchase smoother!
Merchant support is the worst. Over 4 months for a simple request to be completed/updated after repeated promises and in the end, they never did. But somehow they were quick (less than 4 days) to respond to my email for their removal from my store. If merchant support is this way, I can imagine the customer support and didn't want to take the chance.
Seel makes it easier for a small brand like ours to offer peace of mind at checkout. The setup was smooth, and I appreciate how it helps reduce shipping-related issues for our customers.
No claim, I plan to uninstall your app, I pay hundreds of dollars every month, but there is no guarantee. No one responded after the sale.
