The review does not have anything to do with how the app works, but with the customer service that we received and the business practice of the company that owns the app. The app was installed almost year and a half ago on our store and was not once utilized, it just got lost among others and due to our scale and the fact that we have 3 stores to manage, no one noticed this. We were naturally billed the whole time and in lights of positive business practices, due to the fact that we never used the app, we were expecting to get a substantial amount of money back. This did not happen as we only got three last months back.

Had some trouble to start as I needed to setup an account on an external website (Shippo), but Spice Gems came to the rescue and help me set everything up. The interface to setup was VERY easy to follow in this app and it's going to make a world of difference to our fast growing company!
