Haven't used yet. But Wonder woman helped me get the app installed. She was great. Go avengers.

I liked it very much, it's so easy to configure it and makes returns and exchanges so easy like no other app.
Even better the customer support is very helpful and kind, reach them up for any issue that you have

Their product allows us to have an industry-standard return and exchange process, improving our customer experience, as well as our internal management of returns by providing us a workflow that we can actually operate and monitor very easily.

From my experience, their support staff is easily available and can help with everything we've ended up needing.

Integrates with Shipstation, too, so managing return shipping is automated and easy.

I'm not savvy at all with regard to adding Apps and making sure they work and function properly. But I was blessed to have the opportunity to work with Greeva with Return Prime customer service. Greeva was able to assist me with setting up my account with ease. Basically, Greeva said, sit back and let me get you setup! This was one of the best customer service experiences that I ever experienced.

App works right out of the box and has some great features for small and big businesses with advanced needs.
