I had a great customer service call with Shubham. I had been using the app for a year but not to it's full potential so I highly recommend doing a call with their call center. He taught me how to automate more processes to save my warehouse's team time and efficiencies. Also how to set up more parameters around what products can be returned or exchanged. And introduced me to this new system that offers customers discounts to deter returns and change them to exchanges. It was a very productive call and Shubham was very helpful.

I am not yet familiar with this application, so I will be checking various settings as I go along.
The chat progresses in real time, so I was able to proceed without stress until the problem was resolved.
I was helped today by Claire and nothing was too much trouble, I have never had such good customer service or found an app with so much help to set up, really excellent, thank you so much.

Great CS support while setting up the app! Still figuring it out but seems like it will meet all of our needs to streamline and help with our return/exchange process and giving our customers a better experience!
Still exploring the feature but the support has been phenomenal throughout setup, with agents able to adjust my flow for me when I get stuck.
We are very happy with both this app, as well as the service.
On the app side, the developers are keen on absorbing adjustments and improvements their customers want, which ends up saving a little time here, a little time there. The app does a pretty good job automating everything, which is super helpful - and they continue to improve upon the platform in this regard.
On the service side, they have always been happy to help when we had questions, are usually quite quick to respond, and are more hands-on than many larger developers. They also don't just wait for you to contact them with your needs, but rather, reach out to probe what your needs might be.
These guys know that it takes effort and focus to build a successful product, and they have done exactly that.
Relying on Apps on Shopify can be a pain but with the right customer service, anything is possible. Return Prime is a very accommodating company and the ability to customize and respond quickly keep my days on track. RP has been very transparent as to what is not available in the application but will also jump through hoops to make your special request happen in a timely manner. I am looking forward to see what they release in the near future as we strive to be more accommodating to our customer base as well. The app is great as well!
