Update - we have faced some minor issues with requests we needed but each and every time we get responses immediately and new solutions found for our requests. Shubham and team are so very accommodating and helpful in finding the solutions to make this very seamless. Our returns and exchange options have transformed to the best with their app! Definitely recommend it! We have been struggling to find the right platform to facilitate our returns and exchanges. not only does return prime provide the option for customers to exchange their items but it is so smoothly linked with shopify that almost everything is automated and updated throughout the process. we have been working with Shubham to get the portal customised to our very specific needs and he has done above above and beyond to create something tailored to our needs. He worked so hard and was so helpful the entire process was amazing. Earlier we were doing manual returns via mails and other channels which were not channelised and cumbersome. With Returns prime- all our returns are now easily processed and sent for pickup. The customer queries have reduced a lot. Fully recommend this app
