This app provides a seamless return and exchange experience to our customers. Before we used to do return and exchanged manually. With increase in the number of orders, the manual process got hectic and our customer experience was getting bad. The customer support team is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. I've tried a few different return apps and this one is the best one I've tried, for the price. The onboarding is succinct, and I like the super hero theme. 10/10, would definitely recommend this to anyone who's trying to free up their time and provide a good customer experience

I have researched all of the major returns apps and decided to go with Return Prime for our store. By far one of the best Return apps available for Shopify. Streamlines the entire process for customers so that it takes a job off of your plate. There are some features I've requested that the Return Prime team responded they're currently working on building it out. Sounds like their development team has a great plan in place. The value we're going to get from this app is incredible!
