I just recently installed this app so I am still trying it out but so far it's pretty good. The app itself looks good not only to use but when it's integrated into your site. There are some small things where you may need to reach out to support for help on (for instance I was having trouble putting a link in for my refund policy) but their support responds quickly when online and the customer support is friendly and willing to help. I will update my review after I try it for a bit longer.

I have been trying to find a simple yet effective app that can save us the hassle of items return, exchange and refund for months. Which during I kept trying a lot of solutions from very well established companies. Truly was frustrating experience as none of them could deliver what we were looking for. Until by chance I ran into return-prime which did not not take more than 15 minutes to discover that this is the app we were looking for. Efficiency and simplicity are the core of return-prime and this is what any shopify store owner is expecting and looking for. Awesome solution with incomparable simplicity and second to none devoted customer support. Thank you guys.

I just installed this app to my store. So I can’t really give a review on the app as of yet… but what I will say is that the customer service representative are phenomenal and I had the pleasure to be assisted by “Wonder” she was patient and such a big help she made sure to answer all my questions and help set my entire account up with the app. Keep up the great work . I will follow up with a review about the app once I see how well it works for my store

I use this app to make exchanges easier for our customers. With this app, customers can choose to exchange within all products, and not just for the product they purchased. The set up was easy, and the customer service reps respond quickly.

Have checked and actually tried 5 different apps in this category. Return Prime provides the best features and super quick and clever (+ fun) support. "Wonder" really helped me with solutions I couldn't come up with. Can't wait to publish our new website and see how it really works.
