Return Prime has been a helpful tool with a super helpful support team.

Their product allows us to have an industry-standard return and exchange process, improving our customer experience, as well as our internal management of returns by providing us a workflow that we can actually operate and monitor very easily.

From my experience, their support staff is easily available and can help with everything we've ended up needing.

Integrates with Shipstation, too, so managing return shipping is automated and easy.

However, I would like to express my appreciation for the prompt and kind support received via the chat feature with setting up the Exchange Submission page on my website. This app provides a seamless return and exchange experience to our customers. Before we used to do return and exchanged manually. With increase in the number of orders, the manual process got hectic and our customer experience was getting bad.
