Shubham's patience and knowledge to help get my store setup for returns has been incredible. We are launching a returns portal for the first time, and couldn't do it without Return Prime's help. As a startup I took a free plan to get started and I had some problems. I wrote on the chat, I got a quick answer and I spoke with an exceptional person "wonder" who did everything to solve my problem. Now everything is working properly. very professional support i really recommend.

I have researched all of the major returns apps and decided to go with Return Prime for our store. By far one of the best Return apps available for Shopify. Streamlines the entire process for customers so that it takes a job off of your plate. There are some features I've requested that the Return Prime team responded they're currently working on building it out. Sounds like their development team has a great plan in place. The value we're going to get from this app is incredible!
