We also had some color changes that they took care of immediately. Cannot recommend this app enough! There is a legitimate free version, where if your returns are low enough, you can use the app for free while you grow. Absolutely essential for any Shopify website. Excellent app with an amazing customer support team! I ran into couple of integration issues and through the Live Chat I was promptly up and running in matter of few minutes. Moreover the app itself is very intuitive and the documentation is also very thorough and easy to follow.

Having the best time setting this app up! It was really important to me to pick a returns page that matched my business branding and this was it for me. I am a new user of this app but am a big fan already and super excited about it. As a new and small business we do not get a lot of return requests so having a company willing to allow us a free entry level returns option is huge. Scaling up the cost still looks fair as well. I just installed the app and customer support did an excellent job helping me get set up! My other app was having lots of configuration issues and this one so far seems to be working great!

This App is easy to install and their customer service is impeccable. The fact that you can link your mail carriers and have automatic labels sent to the client for a return, is a game changer. Plus, you can charge a flat rate return price to the client as well.
