I have NEVER, and let me repeat, NEVER dealt with an app that has such amazing customer service. They will guide you through the entire account setup with accuracy and ease to ensure your returns page/process is nothing short of immaculate. This would be the fifth app I have tried using for a seamless return policy or my website and it surely puts the rest to shame. They have only begun on there journey into being the worldwide leader in ecommerce returns and they already are outperforming the biggest of names. Do not look any further Return Prime is the way to go!

Smooth, easy set up! Makes returns and exchanges easy for my boutique. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. Live chat is a plus. Definitely recommend this return/exchanges platform!

Wow wow wow! The onboarding experience was super easy. I had a slight hiccup with the installation, but their amazing customer support Wonder was an absolute dream in helping me not only install the code, but customise the graphics to correspond with our website. All the while communicating with some kick arse GIF's that made me smile while I waited. Once I thought our conversation was coming to an end, they said they would quickly check our logistics integration. Like, talk about going above and beyond.
