I have only just installed the app but the customer service has been excellent so far. I look forward to seeing how it works with my returns/exchanges and maybe I'll be able to come back and upgrade it to 5*

Great application to sort the daily hassle of managing returns and exchanges. User-friendly app and easy to manage the requests. Just one thing missing in the app is WhatsApp integration for notifications to the clients. WhatsApp notifications open rate is a way better than emails.

I would recommend this application to anyone who need a flow that works very smooth...the support for this application is also amazing if you ever need any help..
