Return Prime customer service rep "Wonder" gave me absolutely incredible customer service. She needs a raise or one hell of a bonus. She helped me step-by-step make sure this app was up and running. I expected to get a bot giving me articles to read, but I was immediately linked to a real person making my set up extremely efficient by an expert. I would have been in tears without their help. So happy to have this set up, as the practice run looked so simple and user friendly for customers. My main goal was to have an app that provided shipping labels immediately to customers, and I am able to do this from the free plan. I am motivated to stay with this company when I am ready to upgrade plans bc I couldn't imagine better customer service elsewhere.

I am not yet familiar with this application, so I will be checking various settings as I go along.
The chat progresses in real time, so I was able to proceed without stress until the problem was resolved.

Great app with excellent customer service! A few things need fixing and will update my review once they go back to the way the use to work in regards to custom refund amounts without the hassle of changing things in settings. You can easily add more to the refund amount but you can't deduct if needed for any reason such as a return label cost or additional fee for a damage or such. Everything else has been pretty effortless but there's areas where this app could really become the gold standard for return apps. I can't see when a customer opts in for a return label. My customers currently have to leave a note and most often they miss that prompt. So little fixes like this could really take it up a notch.

no need to look for other apps, I did that research for you my friends and this one is the real deal! after installing and testing 5+ return/exchange apps, this one remains the PRIME!, they understand how to benefit the seller as much as they facilitate it for the customer. No other apps cleverly upsell and try directing the customer for an exchange instead of a refund like this one does! these people are geniuses of not leaving any money on the table and I'm all in for it!
