Good for returns/exchanges and really helps me keep track of all the info from customers. Great, quick, and friendly customer service whenever I need them!

They should allow multiple exchange/return requests from one order in one request.

I have been using this app for about 1 year now and I am absolutely happy with it. Runs very stable has a ton of customizing options and is easy to operate. Not 1 complain so far :) Also shout out to the support team, who are super friendly, competent and have fast reacion times!

Does the trick. Makes the process very smooth. The only thing I don't like is their name makes it hard to search for questions that need answering because the search will take you to amazon prime results. I have had a good experience with their customer service chat boxes, though. All in all, great app.

We've just started using return prime to clean up and make our exchange and returns process more efficient and seamless for our customers as well as our team. We're really happy so far with what we see. The team is also available for any help we need and that's been a big plus in setting up the tool and improving our current syatem.
