I wanted to use this help to provide a quick and easier option for my clients and us as a business, when it comes to the return process. I tried to set everything by myself, however, I needed help along the way and their team provided that. They were quick and efficient to solve the problem we encountered. Their team is always available and just a click away. So far, so good! Great experience and I definitely recommend using their app. It makes our lives much easier ;)

Wonderful experience. Complete reverse order process automated. Recommend to add more LSP partners and create a provision to refund while picking up the order.
Fabulous team for responding and closing the queries raised.

Awesome support team the process of setting up was very quick so go for Return Prime if you are looking for a return or an exchange app for Shopify.

Had some minor issues at the start. But the people who run this app made everything perfect and simple and we’re very nice.

This app facilitates seamless return and exchange. The support is extremely quick and helpful. One of the best apps in this function. Highly recommended.

For some reason, the track order page loads very slow on my site. And it’s the only page that does that. Edit: They got it fixed. I think it was mainly the image on the page slowing down the site. And perhaps some other things since it didn’t immediately stop once the picture got removed. Either way, it’s all good now.

This product is all you need for your after-service in D2C. I saw many other apps, but the user experience it provides and its features are pretty unbelievable. It is undoubtedly the best product, the smooth handling of multiple returns to managing exchange for higher to lower value orders. I am yet to explore the bot and other advanced features of the tool. I am already amazed though. Kudos to the team.

Easy set up, could be a bit tricky to do it but there's a great and fast response from customer service. That make everything easy to set.

I was looking for a easy returns app to instal on my shopify account and tried Return Prime, my theme was not compatible and i was helped directly by their customer support which had it up and running within minutes.
