This app was very helpful. Customer service was great- super responsive and even had a zoom meeting to help me set up, as well as provide further information to help my company succeed.

I have installed this app in my stores and it did its work really well. Very easy to install & user-friendly dashboard. There is an option to upload multiple images but I would like to suggest that there should be an option for the customers to upload invoice images and product images separately and should be compulsory. Overall this app is perfect for returns and exchange requests. Happy with their service.

i had some issue to install this app on my store. then i opted for live chat with Marie-Claire. she was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my store. I believe she had my interest at heart and found the best things possible for my store and fixed all the issue on immediate effect. she excel at serving the clients. The customer service while setting up the app was excellent - Shubham was really helpful in taking us around the app, as well as helping with some initial coding and set-up, with really quick response time.
App has worked well so far on our live site.
