Our experience with Return Prime has been first class. Their returns portal is very efficient and user-friendly. Their customer service is also brilliant, they are very accommodating to suit your brands needs and figuring out a plan that works best for you. Highly recommend!
I switched to Return Prime because my previous returns app on Shopify is shutting down. It LITERALLY took less than 10 minutes for the entire process. Live chat function is AMAZING and they are super quick to respond!! They walked me through the process, super simple, very efficient and extremely helpful. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. Very happy :) I recommend this app to everyone.
We are a big brand that has a bunch of returns. The best part about this app is the support, immediate support. I booked a call with them within 30 minutes. We downloaded the app and are going live within 60 minutes of discovering the app.

I have only just installed the app but the customer service has been excellent so far. I look forward to seeing how it works with my returns/exchanges and maybe I'll be able to come back and upgrade it to 5*
Wish the developer was transparent with pricing. The app is advertised on the store as being Free. However, it is not free once you download, anything over 5 return tickets cost. If you want to know the price before downloading this app- it is $9.99 for up to 30 return tickets and $0.49 per additional ticket initiated. You are limited to 2 logistics integrations and 1 user free and the 2nd is paid. No more outside of that. If this was disclosed prior to downloading, I would have been able to determine it doesnt work for my shop and team of 5. I wasted time on setting up and then got to the part where I have to upgrade to a plan that still doesn't meet my needs.
Please accept our deepest apologies for this. We never intended to hide the pricing in anyway as it is present on our website and within the app's billing section as well, however, it was indeed not present on our app listing page when you tried us out. Learning from your feedback, we have added the pricing to our listing page as well and we hope to serve you sometime in future again.

Updated Dec 2020: The developers have reached out to me to work on some fixes. Due to their response I am updating the stars to 4 for their customer service. Original Post: I downloaded the app. I'm not a fan of it making me register outside the Shopify environment. I also accept Exchanges for up to 2 years, but they have set an unknown limit on this. Next, when trying to edit the Exchange/Returns during initial setup it kept being stuck in a loop and there was no way to break it. App is currently not working as intended. There may be something off with the redirect after you initially set your choices. (1 Star)
This app is working great for us, and the customer service is awesome. I was able to book a call with Shubham very last minute, and he helped get everything set up. It's one less thing to have to think about! So thanks team, we really appreciate the help!
