I just installed the app and customer support did an excellent job helping me get set up! My other app was having lots of configuration issues and this one so far seems to be working great!

This App is easy to install and their customer service is impeccable. The fact that you can link your mail carriers and have automatic labels sent to the client for a return, is a game changer. Plus, you can charge a flat rate return price to the client as well.

They will guide you through the entire account setup with accuracy and ease to ensure your returns page/process is nothing short of immaculate. This would be the fifth app I have tried using for a seamless return policy or my website and it surely puts the rest to shame.
