I havent used it yet but the developer contacted me and explained every detail via google meeting. And setted up the app for meş And it seems like it is great to lead refunds and to build trust among customers. Also all functions are opened to the users. The difference between pro and free plan is the numbers of customers’ refund issues per month. You can decide to the plan according to your needs.
