Hyelladi was very helpful with trouble shooting my onboarding process. We're still at the beginning stages of onboarding. The live chat service can be a hit and miss sometimes. We scheduled a call and their staff never showed up.

Wonder was very helpful. I'm completely new to this platform as was flustered about how to navigate it and use it and she answered all my questions and now i feel comfortable to use this app for my shopify business. thank you

Hands down the best value return app I've found. Support is excellent too. And by best value, I don't mean less functionality. The functionality matches other more expensive apps too. If you're a small firm without the budget for some of the more well known return apps, you won't be disappointed choosing this one.
